Our property truly has stunning views overlooking La Manga Club and the Mar Menor. La Manga Club is situated on the Costa Calida in Murcia Spain 20 minutes from Murcia Airport (San Javier) and Cartagena. Many low cost airlines including Ryanair, MyTravelLite, BMI Baby and FlyBe now fly there. La Manga Club is set in the Murcian Hills and is bordered by the Mediterranean and Mar Menor. This area is ideal for walking the surrounding hills with spectacular views of the Mar Menor and La Manga strip. It is a private 1400 acre resort, with the weather allowing all year round sports.

La Manga Club is located in a unique setting amid the rolling hills that separate the crystalline Mediterranean from the warm waters of the Mar Menor Sea in Murcia, southern Spain. Lying to the south of the Costa Blanca, this region is known as the Costa Cálida, or 'warm coast', thanks to its mild, year-round Mediterranean climate. One of the Costa Cálida's biggest attractions is the resort itself. The beautifully landscaped 1400-acre resort is home to three of Europe's finest golf courses, a 28-court Tennis Centre, eight-pitch Professional Football Centre, a luxury Spa and Fitness Centre, swimming pools and elegant residential developments, as well as the Hotel La Manga Club Príncipe Felipe hotel, holiday apartments, villas and a vast array of restaurants, bars, shops and services, all tastefully laid out amid palms, pine trees, lemon groves and oleander-lined streets. Close by, La Manga del Mar Menor, from which the resort gets its name, is the narrow strip of land that separates the Mediterranean from the Mar Menor (Europe's largest saltwater lagoon), which is over 22 kilometres long and stretches from the fishing village of Cabo de Palos to the salt flats of San Pedro del Pinatar. With beaches fronting both the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor, the region is ideal for water sports, and numerous sailing centres offer lessons in windsurfing, waterskiing and sailing. |

Rental rates represent a 20-30% discount off published rates of the main rental companies. Rental costs are inclusive of electricity, air-conditioning/heating, bed linen, towels (not beach towels) and an arrival and departure clean. Mid-stay clean and towel and linen change is included for bookings of 2 weeks or more. We provide a complimentary welcome pack in the villa (water, orange juice, bread, eggs, milk, tea, coffee, etc) for your arrival. Our local management company can arrange any of the following at an extra cost payable by you locally: - The supply of High chairs, cots and any mid holiday cleaning or change of towels/bed linen. Phone calls are free within the resort. Guests have 'resort guest' status and qualify for 50% discounts off golf & tennis. A non refundable deposit of 20% per week's stay is required, the balance payable eight weeks prior to your arrival (plus a security deposit of £150 Sterling). |

"My family and I had a great time at the villa. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. The air-conditioning was a blessing as it was a very hot. The place was neat and tidy and everything we needed was provided. Our little one enjoyed the pools and beaches especially the warm waters of the Mar Menor. The complex itself is great for families and I definitely recommend SI! bar if you want a nice lunch or dinner while still being able to watch your little ones as they play in the open play area. It is also well worth it to visit the surrounding towns for great restaurants and beaches. altogether a great hoiday and well worth it. We will definitely be back." |
