Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house benefitting from hot and cold air conditioning, ceiling fans in downstairs bedrooms, English TV , DVD, VCR, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer and spacious lounge/diner with sofa bed.
Double bedroom and twin bedroom downstairs with large wardrobes.
Twin bedded en suite bedroom up the stairs from the back patio with separate entrance from solarium.
Large front patio with out side tap to wash those sandy feet on return from your beach visits, patio furniture. Large back Patio with washing machine and sink, line and airer, outside shower (a bonus on those very hot days), more patio furniture and parasols.
Solarium, up the stairs from the back patio, with hammock and sun loungers. Views of the Mar Menor and the Salt lakes.
Beautiful shared gated community pool, for use of Manzana 7 (our block) only.
This is a no smoking property.
Young children's play area, free tennis courts, football pitch and crazy golf 3 mins walk away. Parking available on front patio but ample parking on road outside property - reserved for residents only.
House and area is ideal for families with children of any age, those with elderly parents, or for friends sharing.
Great area for the winter sunshine too.

This region of Spain is situated on the South East coast.
The property is in a stunning location close to2 seas with an exceptional climate (average of 320 days of sunshine each year) encouraging top sports people from all over the world. A breathtaking 'get away from it all' location Playa Paraiso is a paradise for golfing, swimming and all water sports on the beautiful calm waters of the Mar Menor. Within 5/10 mins drive are the unspoilt Mediterranean beaches, the Calblanque National Park (a protected nature reserve) and the world famous La Manga golf, tennis and football complex. The historic cities of Cartegena and Murcia and the picturesque fishing port of Cabo de Palos, with its excellent fish restaurants overlooking the harbour are all within driving distance. Just 5 mins drive (15 mins beach walk) to the bottom of the very long 'La Manga strip' with all its shops bars and restaurants.

Tennis courts, Mini Golf and children's play area within 2 mins walk from house.
There are several sailing and scuba diving schools in the nearby village of Cabo de Palos. There are also daily markets in the surrounding villages which sell a vast selection of clothes, shoes, fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, household goods and much more.
Playa Paraiso/Playa Honda has a selection of shops and restaurants just a short stroll along the beach offering all types of cuisine. A short car ride away opens up the choice of national and international cuisine at very reasonable prices.

Car hire is available from airports - www.economycarhire.co.uk is a good site for choice of car hire at reasonable prices.
Transfer can be arranged from Murcia at 30€ per car each way or €100 from Alicante.

The ground floor of the house (2 bedrooms; 1 bath) could be rented separately, sleeping 2 - 4 persons - this closes off the ensuite twin room upstairs - The cost for this will be £30 less than rental rates.
Cot, high chair, push chair and other baby equipment available for hire from our managing agents.

Prices quoted are for upto 6 persons. There is an extra charge for use of sofabed, to bring occupancy to 8 person, of £40 per week.
Discount available for bookings of 4 or more weeks - please ask.
Please ask about nightly rate for less than 7 nights stay.
For 2 - 4 persons it is possible to close of the twin en suite room upstairs - leaving the 2 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs at the rental rates of £30 less than prices above.
A deposit of £50 per week is required to secure the booking for your preferred dates. Full payment is due 8 weeks before the holiday start date. The deposit will then be held as a security deposit against damage/breakages or loss of keys. This will be refunded, following inspection, after your stay. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before the start date, the total is required plus £50 per week security bond.
Cancellation before full payment period incurs loss of deposit. Cancellation within the 8 week period are at the risk of losing the full payment.
We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP or by international bank transfer in Euros. Payment by paypal/credit card in GBP or Euros can be arranged at 3% extra charge.
An end of stay clean is included in the price however if extra linen or extra cleaning is required this cost will be passed on.
Baby Equipment - cot, highchair, push chair etc available at a small charge.
Transfer from Murcia airport available at €35 per car each way

'A very high standard of accommodation in a nice quiet area (visited March time). The villa is clean, tidy, well equipped, spacious and offers the benefits of a separate upstairs room for added privacy. The location
provides an excellent base with the Mar Menor at the end of the street, the beautiful La Manga beaches a 3 minute drive away and the entrance to the national park 5 minutes away. The villa provides a lovely terrace for relaxing on. This was a safe accommodation for our 2 year old son. A lovely holiday was had by all. Great value for money and an easy drive from Murcia airport'. (Written by our very first visitor - March 2006)
Oct 2006 Clean and spacious. My parents appreciated the upstairs bedroom. And we all enjoyed the board games and DVD's provided. We enjoyed the National Park and the warm shallow sea.
