The villa hosts a south facing pool with decorative planting and two wall fountains. There are plenty of loungers and chairs to relax on and enjoy a poolside snack or simply watch the more energetic in the pool.
This luxury villa is maintained to a very high standard by a local management company. The Rolling Hills Estate has a very active Residents Association that ensures that the communal areas and properties are suitably presented.

You can visit theme parks, museums, art galleries, go to the coast , watch some of the many sporting teams, partake in sporting activities including all water sports and enjoy seeing the abundance of wildlife. The family room has a large cable television with DVD, video, audio cassette and CD. Entrance to the pool and screened lanai is via the alarmed patio doors. Comfortabale seating and a breakfast bar finish this very popular room with a pool view.
The formal dining area is perfect for a quiet or romantic dinner away from the hustle and bustle. The cool and tasteful decoration will encourage you to linger over a home cooked or professionally prepared meal.
The tranquil atmosphere of the lounge area is ideal to sit and reflect on the days events, read your favourite book, plan the next day's excursion or to enjoy some relative peace and quiet.
The fully equipped kitchen incorporates a microwave, range, dishwasher, waste-disposal and large fridge/freezer with ice-maker. The breakfast bar and second dining area makes this a popular place for everyone. A separate utility room houses a washer, dryer, airer, ironing board and iron.
The luxurious master bedroom has a four poster bed, cable TV and video. There is a large walk-in wardrobe and plenty of draw space. A beautiful en-suite bathroom makes this the room to relax in after a tiring day. The en-suite has his and hers sinks, bath, walk-in shower and separate toilet.
The bonus room has a queen-size bed and an adjoining room with bunk beds, affording parents some privacy while still being close to the children. Cable TV and video makes this a very comfortable room for a young family.
A bright and cheerful twin room is ideal for the younger members of the party. Two further double rooms conclude the bedroom facilities. All of the bedrooms have TV and video facilities, walk-in wardrobes and plenty of draw space.
A telephone is provided and all local calls are free. Other calls are made using a credit card or locally purchased phone card. Incoming calls are accepted in the usual way.
An intercom is fitted throughout the villa allowing music to be fed into all rooms. It also allows communication between the rooms or allows the monitoring of the younger members of the party. Individual controls are located in each room to allow privacy.

The games room is fully air-conditioned. There is a large selection of games for the Playstation 2 that are suitable for all members of the family. New for 2006 is a top of the range football table.
