The villa consists of 4 bedrooms (1 en-suite) plus 2 additional bathrooms, 2 spacious lounges, 1 formal and 1 family room, a formal dining area plus a breakfast area, a fully equipped large kitchen, a laundry room, a double garage with remote controlled doors, and a wonderful large partly covered patio with private screened larger than average swimming pool.
We use a friendly local management company whose offices are very close by on HWY27. Our home managers who look after the villa on a day to day basis live a 2 minute walk away should you need any assistance quickly.
For baby we supply a cot, high chair, buggy and changing mat all free of charge, so you don't have to drag these items around with you.

The villa is fully air conditioned , and has free Cable TV ( 3 TV'S), a DVD player with a number of DVD's, an XBOX Games System (with a large selection of games) , music system and CD’s, also a large selection of local guide books.
Our villa is nicely decorated throughout and we have added many personal touches which we add to on each of our visits to our home.
We also provide FREE WI FI BROADBAND CONNECTION, just bring your laptop!

Our pool which is the largest size available, features a large sun deck and is positioned in such a way that it receives sun all day long.
We have a large covered lanai which provides shade for the children if it is too hot this is the perfect place to sit and relax and to eat breakfast and lunch in the open air.
All doors leading to the pool deck have alarms for the safety of young children. We also provide a pool cover which should be used in the winter to preserve the pool heat.

'We all have had a fantastic holiday and do not want to leave !
Your home is beautiful a real home from home. It is fantastic to have so much space and it feels as though every detail has been thought of. The pool is lovely and so much bigger than other pools, it was nice to relax beside it after a busy day at the parks.
We really hope to return next year.

Just came back home....WOW!!! Incredible!!! The house was just great. Well situated, clean, big and felt like we were home. The Southern dunes golf resort is extraordinary and it was more than we hope.
The attractions are so close. Honestly, it was for us the best choice we ever made. With 2 kids, an hotel is now out of the question when ever we will travel again.
If you ever want to use me as a reference for renting it to someone who would not be certain, PLEASE, refer them to me...I will be more than happy to be certain that they understand that thay are making a big mistake not to rent it!

'Just to let you know, we have had a wonderful time in your villa in Florida. The villa was excellent, kids loved the pool, everything was so handy to get to especially the shops!. My son-in-law and myself played on the golf course which was excellent, much better that we imagined and the service we received from the people in all of the complex could not be faulted. The local shop was very handy i.e. Wal Mart where we found everything, even golf shoes. I would happily recommend your villa and the Southern Dunes complex to anyone else visiting Florida.
