Villa la Felicidad has its own large private pool and sun terrace , private bar complete with slate pool table and darts board, television showing sky sports, a BBQ area and gym and is set amongst the orange and lemon groves of the Costa Del Azahar and offers stunning scenery for a lovely relaxing atmosphere yet is only 10 minutes away from a well kept spanish secret - Playa de Gandia .
Playa de Gandia has won the best beach in spain numerous times but being as many people from Madrid own holiday property here they like to keep it to themselves.
Playa de Gandia is made up of 3 main areas the Playa , the Port and the Grau all of which have an abundance of tapas bars and restaurants offering a traditional spanish menu .
The Playa has the most stunning wide and long white beaches complete with beach bars every 100 metres, It is suitable for Families, Couples, Groups alike, there are numerous night clubs and bars set back from the beach for those looking to party a little.
The historic City of Gandia offers a wealth of shops ,bars and restaurants and the historic Palace of the Borgers and its architecture is a must.
The town of Oliva is a more cosmopolitan town with numerous English bars as well as Spanish tapas bars , the beaches here are stunning and are less busy as mainly local people know of their location.
There are a wide variety of attractions within easy driving distance , from theme parks to water parks , zoo's, Quad biking, Scuba Diving, Horse riding , Golf .
For those looking to experience a more lively nightlife Benidorm is only 35 minutes away.

|
The region is smothered with orange and lemon trees offering the most amazing scent when in blossom.
It offers stunning scenery from the beautifull golden white beaches to the plateau's of citrus trees to the stunning mountains and national parks with amazing breath taking views.
The climate is a more bareable one than the southern area of spain , yet still offers sunshine all year long but with the occasional rain and in january some snow on the mountain tops.
The coast line offers many difering scenes from long , broad beaches to romatic secluded stoney coves.

Locally , the scenery is typical of this area , plateau's of oranges set amongst stunning mountains with the coast within 10 minutes drive.
The fiesta's start at new year and continue all year long , they know how to enjoy there lives here.
The main one's are January 6th kings night, March the fire fallas , Moores and Christians ,Semana Santa, August is a month of celebrations .

We are serviced by 2 main airports, Alicante and Valencia. Valencia is approx 60 km and Alicante is approx 120 km.

You can fly from all london airports, Newcastle, Leeds, Coventry, Teeside,Southampton, Bournemouth , Bristol , Liverpool , Manchester and all other major airports to either of the our servicing airports or both .
Ferries can be boarded at either Portsmouth or Plymouth and arrive at either Bilbao or Santander.
The main mediteranean highway AP7 is only 10 minutes from us and there is a mainline train station in Gandia city which is also only 10 minutes drive from us.
There are many car hire companies but we find centauro and auriga are very competitive and offer a good service and nearly allways offering free upgrades.

Villa La Felicidad offers a choice of either B&B accomodation in the Lemon blossom room or Self catering accomodation in the Orange blossom suite.
All rooms are complete with modern en-suites and include everything neccesary for a relaxing enjoyable break.
We have a fully stocked private bar and a daily menu for breakfast ,snacks , evening meal and take away are available .
Breakfast is a choice of either continental consisiting of spanish meats and cheese ,fresh croissants and jam or a full english , both are accompanied with cereals, fresh squeezed orange juice, tea or coffee and toast.

Along with the pool and sun terrace we have a private garden area ,a BBQ area with ample seating and a new small but modern gym for those wishing to keep those calories off .
There is ample private secure parking available .
Sun loungers are provided at the pool side along with umbrella's and tables . |

A welcome pack is avaiable on arrival in the self catering apartment, A larger , more comprehensive welcome pack can be arranged on request at a reasonable charge.
Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the B&B accomodation.
We have a Sat nav available to guests if required.
The swimming pool is unatended and children and non swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
The bar is open and food is available all day ,we close when you go to bed.

A deposit of 30% of the total cost is payable within 2 weeks of booking through either paypal or a cheque.
If the booking date is close to the departure date then we will accept payment on arrival.

THE APARTMENT IS USUALLY LET ON A WHOLE WEEK BASIS BUT SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE ACCOMODATED .
