Villa Annetta is located just 'seven minutes’ walk from the beach. Not a groudy beach, it has a nice atmosphere with free sunbeds. There are many excellent restaurants for eating out and nice bars where you can have a drink.

The villa benefits from its own private pool. Leading from the living room is a terrace with stunning mountainview, furnished with a table and 8 chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Airport:	Dalaman 45

- Fly to Dalaman, it's only 35 minutes drive from the airport to Calis
- Fly to Antalya, it's 3,5 hours drive
- Fly to Izmir, it's a 4 hours drive

Fly directly to Dalaman airport with charter flights. Charter flights are available from all major airports between April and October.

Scheduled flights are available 12 months a year, through Cyprus Turkish airlines and Turkish airlines.

Transfers can be arranged from the airport. from £30 each way (2 pax)
We recommand to hire a car, it depends on the season. Price of a car about £ 18 a day.
Dalaman airport -> Calis is about 35 minutes drive.

Local transport is easily and cheaply available to take you into Fethyie either by bus or by water taxi. The villa is located in a area where you can find farmer's land. Pool and garden are tended daily.
