The apartment is situated just on the outskirts of Ferragudo.This is a little fishing village , with quaint cobbled streets, little coffee shops ,etc.The village is having a marina and spa resort in the next 3 years, so is a very upcoming area within the Algarve.
The whole area is filled with history ,with many of the neighbouring towns , West Coast, Monchique mountains well worth a visit.

Changeover days in July and August are Thursdays and Saturdays , but please enquire if you wish to travel on different days.
All other times of year, the changeover day is flexible
Payment of 20% plus breakages fee of €150 euros is payable as a deposit,the remainder is paid IN CASH on arrival. The breakages deposit will be paid back at the end of holiday ,once the apartment has been checked.
Check out time is 10.30am and check in time is after 2.30pm , to enable apartment to be cleaned . this can be flexoble depending upon the arival and departure times of previous/arriving guest; we will do our best to accommodate.
