The house was recently renovated and refurbished and has a surface of approx. 150 m2 (ground and first floor). For extra leisure, there is a pool table in the living room. On the ground floor, in the former stables, you will find a double bedroom. Many rooms, like the living room and the kitchen, are fitted with floor-to-ceiling doors to the terrace where you can enjoy the outdoor life. There is no air conditioning, but the thick walls insulate perfectly against the warmth of summer. Access is possible via three private drives. In the garden you will find fruit trees e.g. orange-, olive- and pomegranate trees. The banana- and tangerine trees around the swimming pool guarantee a tropical atmosphere.
The house is a few hundred metres away from the ss.194 (road Catania-Ragusa) and therefore is the ideal base to discover the beautiful island of Sicily or relaxing at the seaside or at the private swimming pool.
