The holiday residence is located in the Bavarian part of the Rhön Nature Park, near the Thuringian and Hessian state borders, in Sands, a part of Fladungen. Sands is a small village in a romantic setting in a valley bordered by forest and meadows. The house is located at the edge of the village with a view into the valley. After Fladungen, with the Frankish Freiland Museum and Rhön Museum, outdoor swimming pool and fishing options, there are approximately 3 km. of cycling and footpaths from the house. In the winter you will find many Nordic tracs and ski and sledding slopes.
You have 100 m2 of living space on 2 levels (first floor and attic level) (without the ground floor). You will have the house all to yourself, however.
Enjoy the quiet and solitude in Germany in an idyllic area away from hectic civilization. In nice weather sit outside on the balcony, in the garden or in the pergola. There is a mobil grill. There is a childrens play area only 100 metres away. Table tennis on site.
