Apartment Donato Piccolo is located in a typical country house built in 1880 in the Marche region, together with another holiday apartment and the apartment of the owners themselves. The furnishings are rustic and charming with a modern kitchen. The original cotto tiles are still on the floor.

There is a sensational view of the Appenines from the villa. It is an ideal location to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. The environment and nature park is also suitable for beautiful hikes and cycling excursions. Other lovely excursions and the Grotte di Frasassi, the medival towns in Umbria and the Marche as well as Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Urbino and a day out to the Adriatic coast.
