This penthouse apartment has been lovingly refurbished to a very high standard. It is set just back from the Las Cucharas bay and as it´s name states with great ocean views. A car is not essential for stays at the is property as this is a central location and all the Costa Tegusie amenities within walking distance.
The apartment comprises of a spacious full equipped open plan kitchen/dining room with, oven, hob and all the usual small appliances. The very large glazed lounge area has panoramic views over Costa Teguise, the Cucharas Bay and on out to sea. The extremely spacious lounge has satellite television, a DVD player, WIFI internet connection and a comfortable seating area. In the corner of this lounge room is a curtained double bedroom with fantastic sea views. There is an out door spacious partly covered terrace which boasts the same uninterrupted views. This terrace is a lovely area for entertaining and is fitted with a BBQ, dining set and sun loungers.
The penthouse has two light and airy bedrooms and a modern bathroom suite. There is plenty of parking nearby if required.

The Lanzarote region

The Island of Lanzarote is located some 100 Kilometers off the North West African Coast. It is one of the seven Canary Islands. The Islands are part of Spain and therefore their official language is Spanish. The Island is perfect in size, large enough to offer the concerning visitor enough to visit and experience on their holiday yet small enough so that visitors do not to feel overwhelmed.
Lanzarote is well known for its year round sunshine, this makes the island non seasonal so the Island is up and running all year round. It’s dramatic “Volcanic Luna Landscape” which dominates the southern part of the island is a well worth a visit during your stay. The visitor center at the National Park of Timanfaya explains the past volcanic activity and takes you by bus to show some of the most spectacular Volcanic scenes of dried molten and lava. You can even have a lunch, cooked on the best Lanzarote BBQ, a grill over the heat of the volcano. Though the island has no natural source water, the island’s earth is fertile and there are many local farmers who successfully grow produce such as Potatoes, Onions, Peas, pumpkin to name a few. There is a wonderful Sunday Farmers Market in Mancha Blanca near Tinajo which boasts vegetable produce, flowers, wine and cheese from the Island.

Costa Teguise Las Cucharas area

The penthouse apartment is situated at 'Las Cucharas' which is the main beach in Costa Teguise. At this beach you can hire equipment for windsurfing, diving, boogie boarding and kayaking etc. Or if you are looking for a relax why not hire the sun shades and beds. You have a huge selection of restaurants nearby ranging from Local Tapas Bars, Indian, Pizza, French cuisine Chinese restaurants etc etc..., there is something for every one in Costa Teguise. The islands only Water Park and a Golf Course are also found in Costa Teguise on the road to Tahiche. There is a craft market in Pueblo Marinero on a Friday evening. You also have the Sunday market in La Villa de Teguise which is well worth a visit and just a short taxi ride away. There are a number of interesting places to visit on the island from Luna volcanic Landscapes to Caves, Art Galleries to Children's theme parks as Costa Teguise is central on Lanzarote these are all within 30 minutes from the apartment.

Oceanview Penthouse - I just wanted to let you know what a great time we had in the ECO Penthouse Apartment.
There were four of us and the apartment was fantastic, great use of a huge space, very clean and we all loved the decoration. A really good fun stay and the staff at Lanzarote retreats are so helpful and welcoming.

We had a fantastic stay in the Ocean view apartment and would highly recommend Lanzarote Retreats to friends. We would love to come back to Lanzarote at some point and wouldn?t hesitate to book the ocean view apartment again
