Studio apartment with a one bedroom separate area containing two single beds which can be used as a double, with option of a further single fold away bed, ideal for kids. In a popular area, 10 min stroll to the beach and 5 min stroll to a large shopping area with restaurants and bars, yet still a quie and peaceful apartment.
The balcony has a table and chairs,sun loungers, mini garden with night lights,clothes airer.It over looks sea and complex grounds, there is use of three pools including a childs pool .

Linen and towels are provided, and price includes a 'welcome pack' of tea, coffee, suger, milk and water....

Fantastic location which provides everything to hand without needing a car.climate is fantastic all year,doesnt drop below 15 in winter or go above 35 in summer,lovely breeze from sea covers the island,a dry heat makes it easier to live in.

Further details outdoors: Use of 2 pools with free loungers and outdoor showers and toilets cleaned daily, the area is spacious,immaculate and peaceful. Also a pool bar with a variety of snacks and drinks is available.Secured entry to complex with gates and security guard available. Lifts provided if required.There is a slight slope to the apartment, so may not be suitable for anyone with major difficulty in walking.

"We really enjoyed it here, the complex was nice, clean etc and liked the pools." March 2007-lisa.baguley's boys!
were very pleased with the 1 bed apartment we had booked. It was very clean and newly decorated Thebalcony was very large and had the sun for most of the day.The apartment complex was very secure with key card entry only and it was kept in very good condition. It had two large pools and the terraces were spotless. The beach was only a short stroll away and there was loads of bars and restaurants around. The centre of Playa de Las americas was only a 5 minute journey away by taxi or you could take a nice strole along the promonade which was full of shops. I would highly recommended this apartment and will definitely book again:) Sylvia Byrne - April 7th 2007
The apartment was really nice and the new kitchen is great not that we used it much hehe. And it was a nice bonus to have English tv ..nathan little april 2007
I would like to state that the apartment was one of the nicest aapartments we have been in on Tenerife,the bathroom was beautiful as was the kitchen the furniture you have chosen is first class! please let me know if you get another apartment as we will be very interested.
