DISCOVER Villadunas, a three bed DETACHED villa in a privileged position as only 7 properties on the complex have a FRONT LINE location with panoramic views (Villadunas being one of them). It has a superb 6/7 seater 'STATE OF THE ART' Jacuzzi with Kaleidoscope lighting and cascading fountain. Wonderful for relaxing in after a hard day's sunbathing!. The area is quiet and tranquil, making it the perfect place to stay to 'get away from it all' whilst still having the benefit of the bustling town of Corralejo only a few minutes away. There is a spacious roof terrace with breathtaking views. Large private sunny garden which is gated on both sides to make it safe for children. An attractive patio area with tables and chairs, barbecue, bordered area. Own gated drive with electronic gates and ample parking space. The nearest supermarket is within a three minute walk and nearest bars/restaurants within an approximate fifteen minute walk. The town of Corralejo is within a 3 mins drive/25 mins walk. There is 3 par 9 hole golf course nearby. Car hire is recommended although not essential but would give the opportunity to explore this fascinating island.
As the villa is detached there is ample space all the way round the property - making it possible to find sun and shade at all times. A sun lovers dream! There is a large patio area with tables and chairs and sun loungers and a path leading to the barbecue. The garden has a rockery with attractive plants and lights making a perfect setting for alfresco dining. The villa has use of a beautiful communal lagoon shaped pool which is just a two minute walk from the property. There is also a children's pool and jacuzzi.

| The Fuerteventura region |
|
Corralejo is on the north coast of Fuerteventura and is just a thirty minute drive from the airport in Puerto del Rosario. The island is generally regarded as the oldest of the all the Canary Islands and has an interesting volcanic landscape. Fuerteventura has a subtropical climate with an average annual temperate of 21C/70F. Fuerteventura is famous for its beautiful sandy beaches (152 in total) and crystal clear waters and there are many to choose from in and around the Corralejo area. The island is a must for all water sports enthusiasts offering kite surfing, scuba diving, paragliding, fishing etc. There are miles of uncrowded white sandy beaches making this island a beach lover's paradise at any time of the year.

| Corralejo Parque Natural area |
The Parque Natural area is a protected area on the outskirts of town (approx 3km) with over 3,000 acres of the finest white sand which forms dunes up to 50m high. Corralejo Town offers a wide range of bars, restaurants, shops, amenities and leisure facilities whilst still retaining its beauty and original Canarian charm. The old quarter of the town is delightful and it is here where you can wander through a labyrinth of streets leading to the harbour which has excellent tapas bars and restaurants offering a wide choice of cuisine and catering for all tastes and budgets. There is a small sandy beach in the town which offers safe bathing and is popular with the locals. The Baku Water Park is in the centre of town and offers a great day out for all the family. There is also ten pin bowling, mini golf and a twice weekly market. Corralejo Harbour has two ferry ports (with regular trips to Lanzarote and the uninhabited island of Los Lobos), a marina and various excursion options with glass bottomed boats, deep sea fishing, jet ski hire etc. There is also a stunning nine hole 3 par course within walking distance from the Parque Natural area.

Direct flights to Puerto del Rosario from most UK airports. Low budget airlines Ryanair and Easyjet offer reasonably priced fares. Monarch, Thomas Cook and Thomsonfly also fly direct. Car hire is not essential although recommended and is reasonably priced. Corralejo is an approx 35 min drive from the airport. Taxis are readily available and cost between 40-50 euros. Buses are a cheaper option (changing at Puerto del Rosario).

Further details outdoors: Villadunas is ideally suited for couples and families (children of all ages are welcome). It is situated on a gated complex and has electric gates to the property. There is a wonderful 6/7 seater jacuzzi with underwater lighting. The exterior garden is completely 'closed off' making it private and secure. There is an attractive patio area with tables and chairs, barbecue and bordered area with lighting. There is an excellent representative who lives on the complex and is available for guests requiring any help or information. |

Basic Terms & Conditions
Deposit
A 25% deposit and a fully completed booking form is required.
Full payment is due eight weeks before your stay.
A security deposit (refundable) of £100/€150 is required to be paid with the final balance and will be returned to you approximately five days after your holiday.
Cancellation

Change Over Day
We can be flexible and will try to accommodate any requests where possible.
Guests are asked to vacate the property by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Guests arriving will be able to access the property by 2.00pm on the day of arrival.
Contents and Property
Bath towels, beach towels and linen are provided.
Occupants are liable for damages to the villa or any breakages to the contents.
We ask occupants to be extra vigilant around the communal pool area and would recommend that our younger guests and non-swimmers wear arm bands at all time. We cannot accept any responsibility for any accidents that may occur in or around the property.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in any part of the villa and request that clients' smoke outside of the villa. Ashtrays have been provided for convenience.
We ask if you could kindly take the same precautions as in the UK with regards to the locking of the property and your security in general.

The above rates are based on 6 people sharing. An additional £75/€90 per person per week up to a maximum of 8 people.
Basic villa price is fully inclusive. In order to keep the basic price as low as possible, guests have the benefit of paying for the extras if required (rather than being included in the price).
A 'Meet & Greet' service can be arranged at the complex so that guests can be welcomed to the property by our representative and any questions they may have can be answered.
Long term lets considered at a negotiable rate.
Preferred method of payment is bank transfer in either Sterling or Euros.

I have just recently got back from a holiday to Fueterventura with 4 friends. We stayed at the Villadunas for 7 days and was very pleased with the luxury modern interior. The hot tub was our favourite facility, making use of it everyday and most evenings. The hammock is also a lovely addition to the garden, for somewhere to relax in the sun. It is just a short walk to the nearest cafes and bars, where you can also find a taxi rank, only 3euros to get to town, or a 30min walk. The villa is not only ideal for families, but friends too. We were a group of 20 somethings and loved it. Packed with modern facilities and ideally situated. Great place to stay for a lovely relaxing holiday!

We found the villa to be very spacious and modern with excellent facilities. It was well maintained and looked after with a great support service from the local representative who was very helpful and friendly.
We found that a car was essential to make the most of the resort and the surrounding area as we have young children. They throughly enjoyed the many beaches,water park and the communial pool that are on offer.

We return from a holiday with friends (8 people, 4 couples) with a smile and we owe it to this wonderful house we stayed. It 's a very spacious house and this has allowed us to have no problems although we were 8. The owner was very kind in arranging their stay in the best way to accommodate a sofa bed bought specially for us. Equally delicious is the contact person on site who has made available immediately the material we needed and that it has gone in every way possible to make us feel more at ease. The house is well maintained, has a modern layout and has all the necessary facilities. A special mention to the garden area with outdoor shower, jacuzzi, sunbeds and barbecue. A zone of total relax, widely used by all the guests. We recommend this accommodation to almost anyone,friend groups for families with children. We suggest also to hire a car to enjoy full advantage of the island. In any case with a comfortable taxi service can quickly reach the center of Corralejo, a country well stocked with shops, pubs and restaurants.
In a word, recommend it!
