This stunning 3 bedroom detached rental villa is in a fantastic location near to Murcia, Alicante and Torrevija. Its large open plan lounge and dining room is furnished to a very high standard. It has 3 twin bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms as well as sun deck from the master bedroom. The villa incorporates air conditioning, DVD and digital TV including English channels and sky sports. It has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge oven and hob.

The villa is located near to the amenities of Villa Martin and La Finca, with restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes walk and the amenities of the larger towns within a 10 minute drive. If you enjoy golf then Rojales Villa should be your location located within a 15 minute radius are the courses of La Marquesa, Campoamor & La Finca & Villa Martin. In addition we are only about 30 minutes drive from the world class golf courses of La Manga Club. There is also horse riding available.

The Costa Blanca/valencia region

The Costa Blanca extends along the easter coast of Spain and covers the province of Alicante.

The Costa Blanca is not as cold or wet in the winter as the Costa Brava, north of Costa Blanca, nor is it as humid or hot in the summer as the Costa del Sol, in the south. The Costa Blanca has the best all year round temperautes and the climate is recognised as one of the best in the world. Many people with arthuritis come to the Costa Blanca and within days feel much better. In the winter months the Costa Blanca is lucky enough to have nearly as many sunny days as in the summertime.

The Costa Blanca is famous for its tourism. Some towns have restricted their davelopment and retained their original charms.

The Costa Blanca has over 00 kms of sandy beached and rocky coves and many of the beaches have the coveted European Blue Flag signifying cleanliness and safe bathing.

Ciudad Quesada,rojales area

From our Rojales Villa there are many activities on the doorstep as well as lots of interesting places to visit for a day trip. The beaches of Guardamar and around the Torrevieja area are generally a white soft sand (Costa Blanca). In the summer months the beaches can be busy with lots of North Europeans enjoying their summer holiday. During the winter the beaches are very quiet and the majority of visitors are more mature and they often stay for much longer periods. The promenades are long and flat, very well maintained and there are lots of good places to eat both summer and winter.

Torrevieja water park which is open from the first week of June until the end of the first week in September is a great day out for the whole family.

It is one of the largest parks of this type on the Costa Blanca with some fantastic rides.

There are lots of restaurant facilities within the park to suit every taste and pocket.

Horse riding is increasingly popular with visitors and especially in the Sand Dunes of Guardamar, only minutes from Villa Rojales. There are numerous good quality riding schools.
