The Villa has three large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 42m living room and a porch.Upstairs one double main suite with a balcony(2)and another double suite(2).Downstairs one double bedroom(2), a social bathroom and a living room.
It also has porch furnished with table and 8 chairs for alfresco meals, 2 deckchairs and one sun bed to rest and appreciate the sunset.

Cascais is a fascinating destination for Golfers. It has 5 enchanting Golf Courses.

Portugal/Lisbon won in October 2011 the World Travel Award for the best City Break in Europe.

Cascais has a wide variety of delightful beaches, like Guincho, Cascais, Carcavelos, and nearby Praia Grande, and has excellent facilities for almost every water sports, like : sailing ( Cascais Marina), windsurfing in Guincho, bodyboarding, diving (scuba and snorkelling), water Skiing ( Cascais Sailing Club) and several others.
Due to its mild climate all year round, this region has unique Golf conditions. 500 meters away from Villa Bicuda resort there is a 18 hole golf course and 10 minutes away by car there are five 18 others hole golf courses.
Also try the restaurants along the Guincho Road. Most of them include a huge variety of fish and seafood dishes. There is salt-cod (bacalhau), prepared in many ways. Some that stand out are Faroleiro, Monte Mar (high price, but great food and dashing atmosphere), or a quick meal near the beach ( Bar do Guincho) . The best red wines, will be available in most restaurants. There is a vast choice of restaurants (from sophisticated ones to basics) and price vary enormously.
Cascais has several cultural places like the Condes Castro Guimaraes Museum, forts, Sea museum .
Nightlife includes the disco Jazzebel near Estoril Casino.
Another unforgettable place is Casino Estoril where several ravishing shows take place.
In the centre of Cascais, the terraced cafés in Camões Square, is an excellent place to spend the rest of the evening.
The Artisan Fair in Estoril (July – August) offers handicraft and a wide range of traditional food restaurants.
If you’re looking for fashionable brands and gifts try Cascais Shopping ( huge mall centre).
Try also Cascais' Fair in the town centre on Wednesday morning ( food , clothes, china and so on for really cheap prices) and Carcavelos' Fair on Thursday morning near the railway station.
Near to Cascais is Sintra town ( World Heritage Site ) with its fabulous Pena Palace ( 1839), Romantic architecture. It’s well worth a day.

Please arrive after 12am on arrival day and leave before 10am on departure day (flexible depending on other bookings)
Rental minimum period is 5 days.

If you book one month prior to arrival you have to pay the full rental amount.

If Zen Villa is not available for the period ( short term) please send an email. I also own another Villa next door to Zen, in the same resort.

A reservation deposit of 50% paid by bank transfer is required to confirm bookings.

Just a note to thank you for everything both before and during our stay. We loved the villa - it was ideal for our family group with enough space for everyone and very well equipped (…). The complex was lovely; quiet and very well maintained. We found plenty to do in the area to keep us entertained - in fact we all wished that we had booked for two full weeks! We had a wonderful holiday and hope to return sometime in the future.

We had a wonderful time. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival from the owner, Cristina. The villa surpassed our expectations - the pictures on the internet don't quite do it justice. It was more spacious than we had expected and everything was provided, towels, bed linen, high chair, etc - a great help when travelling with young kids!
Helped by excellent weather, the kids had a great time. The villa is on a corner plot and the kids played football next to it and really enjoyed the playground which is a few minutes walk away, as is an excellent bakery and a small supermarket. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool although in April it was still pretty cold.
The town of Cascais is beautiful and we had lunch or dinner in the town everyday. A car is needed but the town is only 5 minutes drive from the resort. Finally we found the Portuguese extremely friendly and children were warmly welcomed wherever we went - we look forward to returning again next year. J.C (UK) April 2010
