The villa is about a 20 km. drive away from the beach. The surroundings offer excellent opportunities for daily excursions. Places in the neighborhood worth a visit are: the historic picturesque village of Comares with Moorish ruins (10 min. drive), the historic town of Vélez-Málaga and the seaside town Torre del Mar with promenades by the beach and restaurants and bars (30 min. drive). The beach resort Nerja with its natural caves is situated at 35km. from the holiday house. The city of Málaga with its Picasso’s house and La Alcazaba is around 40km away. The famous Andalusian city of Granada with the Alhambra Palace is (1.5 hour away) is also within easy reach.
