Backing on to un-spoilt preserve land bordering the Manatee River, this 2 storey, 5 bedroom / 4 bath ‘executive home’ sleeps up to 10 comfortably and is well situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within the prestigious River Strand gated community within Heritage Harbour.

Located just off Interstate 75 exit 220, River Strand borders the Manatee River and is a short drive from the powdery white beaches of Bradenton, Anna Maria Island and Sarasota.

The many attractions are easily accessible ie Busch Gardens / Adventure Island (40 minutes) and Disney / Orlando (80 minutes). For the shoppers bargains are to be found at the nearby Ellenton Prime Outlets with the more exquisite shops, cafes and fine restaurants at St Armands Circle, Sarasota.

Temporary membership of River Strand Golf & Country Club, which has 27 superb holes on offer, is available for a small fee. Alternatively, there are numerous golf courses within 10 – 15 minutes drive all of which are of a high standard and incredibly good value. This area is definitely a golfer’s paradise !

There are numerous golf courses within minutes all of which are of a very high standard and incredibly good value. This area is very definitely 'golfers paradise'!

Downstairs, to the rear there is a large central lounge area with fully fitted open kitchen / breakfast / dining area as well as bedroom 5, a WC / wash area with access to the pool and utility room (washer & dryer) leading to the 2 car automatic garage. To the front, there is a games room with pool table and lounge area either side of the entrance hall. High grade carpets and tiles have been used throughout. Upstairs, there are 4 good sized bedrooms and 2 beautifully equipped bathrooms. The Master Bedroom - A large room with its own screened 20’ x 8’wooden balcony overlooking pool and preserve with a King Size bed, En-suite bath, separate WC and walk-in shower room and cupboards with plenty of hanging space.
