A lovely downstairs apartment with views of the sea, situated next to a large, unusually shaped, pool which is shared only between the adjacent apartments. We have also provided your own, private sunbeds for your personal use. Located on Hilltop Resort near to Bogaz fishing village; the apartment is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs. The apartment is fully air conditioned and fully furnished. Patios front, side and rear with a 4 seat outdoor dining suite and also a comfy 4-seat wicker patio furniture. There is a shared drive for off-road parking.

The Famagusta District region

The Eastern Coast of North Cyprus; miles of undeveloped beaches with open countryside and mountain ranges. A very long season and a mild sunny winter. The area also has many historic sites such as Famagusta town, Salamis ruins and Kantara castle. Famagusta old town is great for a wander round, a cup of coffee and for chilling out and in the area there are loads of restaurants and bars, go-karting, cinemas and bowling.

Bogaz Safa Koy area

The immediate Bogaz area is very rural and still developing. Bogaz fishing village is just 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk away. The village has a handful of bars and tavernas and a gorgeous little harbour around which the restaurants are nestled. Also in the village are 2 supermarkets supplying all of your self catering needs.

Airport:	Ercan 40 Km

Flights can be made into Larnaca, in Southern Cyprus, and then either use airport transfer, which we can arrange, or pick up a hire car and follow our detailed route instructions to the apartment. Journey time is just 2 hrs. I have the phone numbers of the 10 or so car-hire companies that have offices at Larnaca airport.
Alternatively, fly into Ercan in Northern Cyprus and again use either airport transfer or hire car; the journey time is 45 minutes.
The keys are obtained from our on-site manager.

Further details indoors: We have provided more furniture, fittings and equipment than you would normally find in a self-catering apartment, partly because it is our own holiday home and also because it gives the apartment a more homely feel. Consequently you will find a fully equipped kitchen, paperback book swap, DVDs, CDs, PS1, PS1 games, boardgames, ornaments, candles, hairdrer, tupperware, cool-box, ice packs, tumble dryer, ironing board etc etc in fact we have tried to provide all of the small items that you would take for granted in your own home.
Further details outdoors: There are large patios front, side and rear. The patio to the front of the apartment is shaded and leads onto a walled lawn. The patio to the rear overlooks the pool, so that you can see the children and also has views to the sea; being on the ground floor, there is no traipsing upstairs or relying on a lift, just open there door and the children can go and play. On the patio there is a dining table with 4 chairs and a wicker, 4 seater, patio set with coffee table for those long, lazy evenings. The pool is shared only between the adjacent properties and is equipped with your own, personal and private sun-loungers and parasols. There is a shared drive for off-road parking. The apartment is 1 km from the coast with an unspoilt beach. Up and down the coast there are numerous beaches offering varying degrees of services from none at all to those providing sun-beds, bar, restaurant and water sports.

In addition to our pool, the resort has a choice of a communal pool and also a restaurant/bar/coffee shop on-site. Hilltop Resort is just a 25 min walk from Bogaz village which is a small unspoilt village with a picturesque harbour with cafes, bars, restaurants and 2 supermarkets. Bogaz is a 25 km north of the historic town of Famagusta and near to the beaches and countryside of the Karpaz Peninsula (the pan-handle). Northern Cyprus is a lovely country to visit; the locals are friendly, English is widely spoken, the prices are reasonable and they even drive on the left.
