Every room is incredibly spacious and each has its own unique and spectacular view of the scenery, including both the Atalaya and Guadalmina gof courses. Each bedroom has patio doors leading out to a huge 70 sq. mtr. wrap round terrace. The lounge leads out onto the south-facing terrace and the kitchen terrace is equipped with a barbecue.

There are two twin bedrooms both of which are fully en suite. The third bedroom is a double with en suite shower room and wash basin. There is a a further guest cloackroom with wc opposite the double room.

The penthouse enjoys the facility of communal gardens and swimming pool and neighbours the Atalaya Golf Club House.

It is also very convenient for trips to Ronda, Gibraltar etc. The apartment is within easy walking distance of all local amenities, including bars, restaurants, chemist and a supermarket are just 2 minutes down the road, however a car is advised if you want to explore the area.
