This list is endless but here are just a few:
Labouiche underground river system: Great for kids and adults alike, great value for money. (Not suitable for the infirm)
Carcassonne: Take a full day to enjoy the splendour of the medieval Cite.
Maz D'azil: Enjoy the caverns (not suitable for the infirm) and then spend the afternoon taking lunch in the square and visiting the museums and buildings
Mirepoix: A must on Mondays for the huge open air market, but try an evening there too - enjoy a meal and take in the wonderful timber framed buildings.
Foix: Enjoy the views from the towers here then walk through the cobbled streets and admire the old buildings. This can be coupled with the trip to Labouiche
Andorra: Great at any time of year for tax free goods, but in winter the mountains are out of this world!!!
Bedheillac Cavern: Just spectacular but you will need to book in advance during high season
Montsegur: Not the place to visit unless you are fit. There is a long climb up to this castle but once there, it's well worth the walk.
Go Karts and quad bikes: Not so much fun for the adults maybe (Unless your still a kid at heart), but see the kids faces when they get off the racing circuit at Aigues Vives
The Gorges and Plateau: Take a drive to Axat and then through the Gorges, on to the mountain Plateau. Then on to Espezel and back down through the forest to the village. A good half a day required to truly enjoy the splendour up here.

Hello Tony :
We wanted to let you know how much we all enjoyed our holiday in your home in Belesta. The house was fabulous being extremely spacious and well furnished and the big garden and sun terrace was fully appreciated by all of us! The boys enjoyed the pool and exploring the local area on our cycle rides. There is so much to do we barely scratched the surface but we made the most of our time there and we all fell in love with the Pyrenees. We were lucky with the weather which made our trips into the mountains spectacular.
Thank you very much.

The area is superb and the house was all we hoped it would be. The tea and coffee gift was great as we normally find the kitchens stripped bare when we go abroad, which is so annoying.
Spent a few days relaxing in the garden, it was great.
Thanks for the experience.
