The most spacious apartment in Tadorini Kuli at 82 sqms. All mod cons included including over 20 DVDs suitable for kids and adults. 2 sofa beds as well as a double bed. Cot bed and buggy also provided. For those lazy night in why not relax by the log fire with a tasty Bulgarian glass of wine or two! The balcony overlooks the Pirin mountains and during the winter it is possible to check the length of the gondola queue before leaving the comfort of the apartment.
This is by far the best location to be in. If it is a massage or a swim you want after a long day hiking or on the ski slopes,pop across to the Kempinski Hotel and spoil yourself. The facilities are excellent at about half the price of the UK or Ireland.

The Pirin / Rhodope Mountains region

Surrounded by dramatic mountains,Bansko is a lively historic town situated in the Pirin mountains. It combines probably the best of Bulgarian skiing resources with the longest ski runs,largest ski area,modern facilities and a fascinating UNESCO protected town centre to enjoy apres ski later in the evening.
Old meets newin the up and coming Bulgarian resort of Bansko,where modern hotels rise above little fortified houses. The town centre is a listed World Heritage Site,and it is easy to see why-with its quaint cobbled streets,and 150 year old clock tower. Bansko combines great skiing ,beautiful nature and a historical and lively town centre.

The annual International Jazz Festival held in August each year is a must. Muscicians from all over the globe attend. The summer season opens on the 22 May. Horse riding,mountain walks,biking and bird watching are only some of the many activities available. Restaurants are in abundance. Why not try Dedo Pene in the old town just below the clock tower. This is a traditional Bulgarian mehana well worth a visit. If its Italian you like,try the Victoria right next door to your apartment. It is the latest addition to Bansko. The Happy End bar,Murphys or the Lion bar are all options to unwind after a day on the slopes or wondering through the windy back streets of Bansko.

There are options with Malev,Bulgarian Airlines as well as a host of low cost carriers but none are direct from Ireland. Transfers are recommended and vary in price from 100 Euro per car up to 200 Euro depending on numbers. Cheapest option to Bansko is by bus or train but it takes a lot longer.
