Traditional old Tuscan farmhouse with garden and private swimming pool.
It is up in the hills, at an altitude of 550 m, and was recently renovated, albeit preserving its original features: thick stone walls, the old fireplaces, the ceilings with exposed beams and the masonry arches. The furnishings are authentically traditional and full of character. The holiday home is out in the open country, surrounded by 11 hectares of land, some of it farmed; the farm produces its own, organically grown, extra virgin olive oil and wine.
The owner lives on the property, in the house next door (he has two dogs and a cat), and never intrudes on guests holidays, unless he is asked for assistance (advice on excursions, local eateries and so on).

The village of Ambra, with several shops and other amenities, is 8 km away, then there are Bucine at 16 km, Castelnuovo Berardenga at 20 km, Montevarchi at 24 km, Arezzo at 37 km, Siena at 38 km, Gaiole in Chianti at 39 km, Radda in Chianti at 47 km, Florence at 69 km and San Gimignano at 80 km.

Please note: the last kilometre of the approach road is not asphalted and is not suitable for low-slung or sports vehicles.
Access the house you have to go through 1 km of unpaved road.
