This is a luxury 2-bed apartment furnished to a very high standard and also benefitting from a private terrace. There are 2 bathrooms, one is en suite to the master bedroom, both bedrooms have two comfortable twin beds but one bedroom can be a double. The comfortable lounge has a 3 seater bed settee to sleep a further 2 people. We also have an LCD TV, DVD player and more. Hopefully everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The lounge opens out onto a spacious terrace with a large whicker resin table and 6 chairs. The kitchen and utility room are fully fitted including dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Air-conditioning and linen are included and there is ample parking.
The apartment is set within the Costa Esuri Golf Resort with it's 2 golf courses, many swimming pools, commercial centres and much more. From our terrace we have lovely views of the swimming pool and further over the 2nd of the beautiful courses. The best of both worlds! The resort is on the banks of the Guardiana river with Portugal literally 5 minutes away. The local area is stunning and protected Las Marismas home to huge varieties of wildlife including resident flamingos. Ayamonte is a quaint picturesque town ideal for shopping and restaurants and for enjoying evening strolls, the beach is just 10 mins away and the Portugese Algarve is 5 minutes away.
Perfect for the family holiday our apartment is also ideal for golfers due to the 2 18-hole courses on site and many other world class golf resorts both locally in Spain and across the border in Portugal. | The Costa De La Luz region |
|
Situated on the furthest South-Westerly point of Spain, the Costa de la Luz boasts over 300 hours of sunshine each year and some of the most diverse countryside in Spain. There are miles and miles of clean sandy beaches, pine forests, strawberry fields and beautiful Spanish towns and villages offering 5,000 years of culture and history.
To the North is the Sierra de Aracena mountain range with amazing caves and reputedly the oldest mines in the world. Columbus sailed from Huelva (provincial capital) and you can visit replicas of his 3 ships in the harbour or take a day-trip to the exciting and historical city of Seville.
Portugal really is just 5 minutes away where you can spend all day, every day at places like Castro Marim with its fortress, Villa Real and its classical Portuguese squares and marina or Tavira, the Venice of Portugal with its ornate bridges criss-crossing over the rivers of the estuary.

| Ayamonte Costa Esuri area |
Ayamonte is a quaint typical Spanish fishing town full of charm and thanfully maintaining its originality. It's a great place to enjoy an evening stroll or a nice meal in one of the many excellent restaurants or simply to sit and watch the world go by in a traditional bar. Alternatively you could enjoy some very good shopping!
The apartment is set in a private complex of Costa Esuri with shared swimming pools and gardens. Two international golf courses meander around the resort. The club house with bar and restaurant is 10 minutes walk away and when open the main commercial centre and indoor bowling alley will also be 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The whole Costa Esuri development is set within the protected Marismas del Guadiana, the marshes of the Guardiana estuary which surround Ayamonte and are rich in birdlife, including herons, storks and flamingos. Eventually there will also be a marina on the resort opening in to the estuary. The development overlooks the Castro Marim National Park which makes the whole area perfect for outdoor sports, recreation and birdwatching.

Further details indoors: The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a smoothy maker. Recently we had more cupboards installed.
The lounge has satellite and a 32 inch LCD TV.
The apartment has two bedrooms which benefit from shutter windows which allow the outside in.The shutters in each bedroom are full blackout at night or day. Each bedroom has wardrobes and draws and full lenght mirrors.
Although being listed as having 4 single beds, the beds in the bedroom with the en-suite do zip together to form a large bed.
We also do have a key operated safe for your passports and valuables. |
Further details outdoors: The apartment is located in a secure raised area of Costa Esuri on the first floor with ramp access and a lift should you require it.It also has a balcony with great views over the swimming pool, golf course and Costa Esuri. The balcony has a large dining table which can seat six people and has the sun all day as well as having views of panoramic sunsets every evening. |

You be met by our agents at the beginning of your stay, and they will if required show you around the apartment.They are available for emergencies and any problems that may arise during your stay but there may be a charge if it is not during office hours. This will be deducted from your deposit. Please try to only call them during office hours unless it is a real emergency.
Your holiday can be secured by a deposit of £150.00. If your holiday commences in less than 6 weeks, the full payment will be due at the time of the booking.
Outstanding balances are due 6 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday.
Upon receipt of your deposit we shall confirm you booking.
Upon receipt of your final balance we shall send directions and other relevant details.
Properties may not be ready for occupation before 4.00 pm.
Unless agreed the property must be vacated by 10.00am.
If due to circumstances beyond our control the accomodation booked becomes unavailable coincidental with the clients scheduled time of occupation we will endeavour to find the client alternative accomodation of a similiar specification. If this cannot be met a full refund will be made.
All clients must have adequate holiday and personal medical insurance.
Any accident/s of whatever nature that occurs within the booked accomodation for whatever the reason is the responsibility of the respective client and not the agent or owner.
Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons (inc' children) occupy the property,except by prior written agreement with us.Failure to observe this condition is deemed to constitute a cancelation and we reserve the right to refuse admittance and apply the appropriate cancelation charges.

Full refund before 8 weeks
Loss of Deposit between 6-8 weeks.
6 weeks or less 100% of the total holiday ( we will of course refund your keyholding/security deposit).
We will allow you to rebook up to 1 week of your holiday if you cancelled under exceptional circumstances.
