Close to all amenities. Beach 2 mins drive, Golf 15 mins drive. Shopping mall at Guia and Zoomarine 15 mins drive. Local shops, cafes and restaurants 5 mins walk. Ideally sited for either a quiet or fun-filled activity holiday.

Salgados lagoon with wild bird sancuary and elevated boardwalk with viewing station 5 mins drive. Boat trips to caves at Armacao de Pera and local fishing boats bringing their daily catch up to the beach. Excellent restaurants with sardines and piri-piri chicken. Historic centre of Silves with it's ancient castle is 30 mins drive. Approx 2nd week in Aug a medieval festival is held there with entertainment.

Sand sculpture exhibition at Pera from May-Oct, 5 mins drive, worth a visit at dusk when these are lit up. Pera has 2 churches, old cobbled streets to wander around and several cafes and bars. There is a paper shop, bank with ATM, chemist, local shops, bakery all within walking distance. Aqualand water slide park 15 mins drive. Several tracks to explore if you enjoy walking.

Outside dining area in shade under terrace, fitted BBQ with utensils. Adjustable sunbeds and seating around pool. Outside shower. Steps down to pool at shallow end (0.5m) ladder step at deep end (2m). The pool is 9M long x 4M wide and has lights for night time. Sensor light over lawn. Rotary washing line with pegs and airer on front terrace. |

25% deposit required to secure booking. Full payment of balance required 8 weeks before arrival, together with security deposit of 250Euros. The security deposit will be refunded in full after 1 week assuming there are no breakages or other damages, the cost of which will be deducted from the deposit.
