This 4 bedroom villa benefits from its own private 10m swimming pool with large steps at the shallow end ,in a lockable gated area perfect for children
The villa has just been re-furbished, with new modern kitchen, new pool and patio area, new shower rooms and re tiled and modenised.

L'Ametlla de Mar / Tres Calas area
The port is the main centre of L´Ametlla de Mar: it offers protection and rest to fishing people and boats after their hard working days. Here they are protected against east wind and weather inclemencies. Here also, fishers unload their merchandise. Life turns around fishing, that is the activity that gave origin to this proud fishermen town.
Around 1775, fisherman Joan Gallart-Toral Baptist and his family landed in the L´Ametlla cove, then desert. For centuries, this part of the coast had not been inhabited because of the continuous razzias led by berberian pirates and sea bandits. Not even the Caballeros de Sant Jordi d’Alfama, the only Catalan medieval military order, had been able to bring peace to the area, in spite of the fortress built there. Many other Valencian fishermen families followed the example of family Toral. All together, thanks to their collective effort and to the rich natural resources of this region, were able to bring forward this small village that later on was transformed into L’Ametlla de Mar. Currently, these pioneers know-how may still be felt at the whole town. L´Ametlla de Mar has opened itself to the visitor eager to enjoy its Mediterranean culture, the light surrounding its landscape and the fruits offered by sea and land.
It is a pleasure to have a look at its multifaceted natural and cultural patrimony. The Dendarus Shsteri, for example, is an endemic snail that can only be found here, one of the best protected areas of the Catalan coast. In L´Ametlla we found, in addition, impressive cliffs at the sea border and olive trees fields, shaken by the wind, that seem to greet the Mediterranean sea from the stone walls erected by the experienced hands of the villagers. It is also interesting to appreciate the terracotta collection exhibited at the Museum of Popular Ceramics, the most important of Europe within this field.
Sailing or hiking are the best ways to perceive the L’Ametlla de Mar coast beauty, with the pines reflected in blue turquoise water. The ports of L´Ametlla, Sant Jordi d´Alfama or Calafat are the best departing points for sea outings. The GR92 trekking itinerary proposes an excellent route along old paths that allow to discover wonderful coves and cliffs.
The rich Ebro river waters have much to do with the delicious flavor of fish and seafood that arrives to L´Ametlla market. The captures are really varied: from the sardines or the tuna to the bass, angler, anchovy, octopus, gilthead or prawn. Its well known gastronomy also depends on the fish quality and the cooking know-how. Among its best proposals we may underline Arrossejat, a mixture of rice and fish; Suquet de Peix, a fish stew; Arròs Negre, rice with calamar ink; and so on. Regarding traditional desserts, we can stress the importance of Les Pastissets and Les Corassons, small biscuits prepared in february for la Candelaria holiday; La Farinosa, an Easter dessert; Les Bots, biscuits with a boat form; and La Coca, a cake with cream and dry fruits, eaten all along the year

Taxis from me to and from the village are €10 per people carrier each way we also provide market trips
Port aventura is 25 mins away and you can catch the train from ametlla or we can take you there if you wish
saloo is also 25 mins away and barcalona is about 1 hour 30 mins by train
There is a castle about 20 kl away called miravette with caves and orange groves also near by

All rental clients are given full directions to Las Tres Calas where you will be met on arrival and guided to the Villa. You will then be shown around the villa and familiarised with the area, and provided with an information folder, and contact numbers for any queries during your stay
there is a 25% deposit required for retainning the villa
