Home description

The apartment is situated in Almoradi - a typical Spanish town offering some amazing tapas bars and restaurants catering for all tastes along with a variety of shops/supermarkets. Not to be missed is the famous Saturday market held around the lovely main square which is only a 5-10 minute walk away from the apartment.
Lovely sandy beaches are only a ten miunte drive away at Guardamar and La Mata with plenty more further afield.
A good selection of golf courses are also avaialable within 25 minutes drive with La Finca and La Marquessa clubs significantly closer - ideal for keen golfers!

Further details outdoors: The spacious patio is equipped with table and chairs along with sun loungers for lazing by the pool. There is a lockable gate on the patio which leads out onto the pool area through an enclosed secure lockable gate. Parking is available around the rear of the building.
