Home description

The apartment is situated in Almoradi - a typical Spanish town offering some amazing tapas bars and restaurants catering for all tastes along with a variety of shops/supermarkets. Not to be missed is the famous Saturday market held around the lovely main square which is only a 5-10 minute walk away from the apartment.
Lovely sandy beaches are only a ten miunte drive away at Guardamar and La Mata with plenty more further afield.
A good selection of golf courses are also avaialable within 25 minutes drive with La Finca and La Marquessa clubs significantly closer - ideal for keen golfers!

There is a good municipal swimming pool and other facilities closeby.
Not to be missed is the famous Saturday market held in the main square, along with the many festivals held during the Almoradi calendar.
As Almoradi is only five minutes away from the motorway,Alicante,Torrevieja,Murcia,La Manga and Benidorm are just a few places within easy driving distance which offer a variety of tourist attractions from theme/water parks to caves,castle and even a zoo.

Extras include cot bedding,/baby sleeping bag,small box of toys,childrens bed guard,small selection of dvds and hair straighteners.
Further details outdoors: The spacious patio is equipped with table and chairs along with sun loungers for lazing by the pool. There is a lockable gate on the patio which leads out onto the pool area through an enclosed secure lockable gate. Parking is available around the rear of the building.

£100 cheque is required for key/damage deposit - refunded after inspection been made by keyholder.
50 euros is payable locally at the end of your stay for cleaning of linen/apartment.
Welcome packs including wine are avaialable at 20 euros - payable locally (please advise at time of booking if required).
