The apartment has a perfect sunny and quiet location in the beautiful national park Spertental, with views on the Großen Rettenstein (2363 m.). The practice area Aschau (with skischool) is directly next to the apartment. The skibus will take you in about 5 minutes to the skiing area and you can ski directly back to the apartment via the beautiful Schwarzkogel descent. The ski run is at walking distance.
